Covid-19 Guidelines & information

Updated Information as of March, 2023:

•Masks are optional 

•You must be healthy for your visit, if you have a fever or cold/covid/flu-like symptoms, please reschedule.

•If your stylist is sick, we will reschedule.

•Our waiting room is open again!

•There are no longer capacity limits, however, we are a small space so please limit guests.

•Wood/plexi dividers will still be up around stations to allow for more physical distancing.

•Disposable capes available upon request.

•Hand sanitizer available throughout salon.

•Your stylist will clean and disinfect all hair tools and surfaces using an EPA-registered disinfectant with proper contact times for immersion/spray/wiping.

•We follow, and have always followed, the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) 240 for equipment and hygiene procedures. 

Checkout Process:

•The Reception team will be working a hybrid of remote and in the salon.

•You can make payment in several forms:

oVenmo your stylist

oCash, exact is helpful

oCheck, made out directly to your stylist

oCredit card taken over the phone if reception is remote
